1. Methodology
IAM's unique procedure/methodology for web development enables a clear step by step system for Web development. Our students are trained in the WebStep method of development, and are trained to meet every client need predictably, cleanly, and skillfully.

2. Integration and Development Skills:
Technology Integration is central to the training component and the retail component of IAM. Students in the Institute are trained across three levels, and when they reach the third level they are fully trained in both the procedures and technologies that are most needed by commercial enterprises.

3. The three levels of students:
a. Fundamental WebStep Development (Term 1)
b. Commercial WebStep Development (Term 2)
c. Applied WebStep Development (Term 3)


Those in term 3 are the IAM development team who work for retail clients under the careful guidance and mentoring of a professional Project Management leader.
