The fans who will definitely have a Bike Week experience like none before will be those who decide to camp out in the Speedway infield during Bike Week. The Speedway has created a camping area in the center of the infield and a RV parking area along Lake Lloyd. Both offer temporary residency options for those whose Bike Week experience tends to revolve around the Speedway, rather than Main Street.
Sure the track's different, the garages are different, the media center is different. You'll have about the same raceday experience as always.

The new 3-mile road course that replaces the former course eliminates NASCAR turns one and two. Racers say the new pavement is quite grippy, though there is no consensus about whether the change in the course will result in better racing. Only time will tell.
For fans, the change in the course should not significantly alter the decision on where to watch the race. The new course fits within the footprint of the old course. So basically, if you're wondering about where to watch the race this year, just assume you'll see just as much from any given spot in 2005 as you did in 2004.
