Registration Procedure

1. Fill out the Registration form (Student Contract)
The Refund policy is on the reverse side. Please read through, and if you understand and accept the conditions, sign and date on the bottom. If you are a student 18 years or younger, your parent or guardian must sign and date as well. Send this Registration form by fax to 1-604-687-4262, email us at contact@iamtraining.com or mail to us at the address below.

2. Letter of Confirmation and Tuition Statement
After IAM receives your signed Registration form, we will send you a confirmation letter for your registration and the tuition statement. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, Debit, VISA, Master Card or American Express. Our bank information is…

3. Letter of Acceptance
When IAM receives your registration fee, tuition fee and material fees, IAM will issue a receipt for payment and a Letter of Acceptance
